Autospot LASER CUTTing machine for Snijlab - 2018

AutoSPOT is a highly automated custom built laser cutting and engraving machine, designed for medium sized series production. It has a production quality far superior to conventional gantry-type machines, and is suited for round-the-clock stand-alone operation.

Benchmark UNIVERSAL TEST BED for FMAX-ISAAC - 2018

Benchmark is designed and built by FMAX ISAAC as a versatile mechanical test bed. Scheef systems assisted in procurement of drive train components, and has designed and built the machine control system. Benchmark is NMi class 1 certified.

plaat-O-maat for Snijlab - 2017

Plaat-O-maat is developed with Snijlab to automatically load various sorts and sizes of sheet material into gantry type CNC laser cutting machines. Check out a video of the plaat-O-maat here.

FUNCTIONAL UPDATES FOR LASER CUTTING MACHINE – 2017

Snijlab aims to deliver high-quality lasercut products through a user friendly online interface. They have designed and built their own laser cutting machines. Scheef Systems is installing machine updates in order to reduce production time, and increase product quality.

DOT TURBINE 500kW PROtotype - 2015/ 2016

The Delft Offshore Turbine is a wind turbine specifically designed for offshore installation. Various innovations such as the slip-joint and water hydraulic drivetrain are expected to dramatically cut installation and operational costs for future offshore wind farms. Scheef Systems was involved in design, construction, and testing of the first full scale prototype, DOT500, at the Maasvlakte, Rotterdam.

LAUNCH & LAND CONCEPT FOR AIRBORNE WIND ENERGY SYSTEM - 2014

There is sufficient wind to power the world’s growing energy demand, but we need the right technology to harvest this enormous potential. Ampyx Power is developing a tethered aircraft that converts wind into electricity. Employed at Ampyx Power, Scheef Systems performed conceptual design of the launch&land and generator systems.
